Interactive Before / After Comparison

One of PixelForge's marquee features is its real-time Before / After split comparison viewer, designed to let you inspect subtle fine details, micro-contrast, and edge sharpness.

Accessing the Comparison Tool

You can enter the comparison view at any time:

1. Click the Before / After Compare tab in the top toolbar.
2. Or click the Eye icon next to any item in the batch queue.

Comparison Features

1. Interactive Split Slider

• Click and drag the vertical divider line left and right.
• The left side displays the Original image, and the right side reveals the Upscaled result in real-time.
• Supports both mouse dragging and touch/pointer tracking.

2. Multi-Level Zoom Inspection

Use the zoom control pill in the upper-right corner:

• Fit: Fits the entire image within your workspace window.
• 1.5× / 2× / 3×: Zooms in for 100%+ pixel-level scrutiny of skin texture, fine text, or line art.

3. Live Metadata Badges

The top comparison bar displays exact metrics:

• Original Resolution: e.g., 800 × 600 and file size.
• Upscaled Resolution: e.g., 3200 × 2400 and output file size.

4. Direct OS Actions

Once upscaled, convenient buttons allow you to:

• Open: Launches the exported image in your default OS image viewer.
• Reveal: Opens File Explorer / Finder with the file selected.
